Douglas was surrendered by the sister of Douglas' deceased owner. The owner, a single disabled man, had purchased Douglas as a puppy and very much loved Douglas until the owner passed away. Douglas is a happy, lively fellow who gets along well with other dogs and loves being with his people. He eagerly demands to go on hikes, rides well in the car, and is healthy. He is smart, trainable, and adaptable. This easy-going houndie is neutered, up to date on his immunizations, heartworm negative, and housetrained. |
