Bessie's foster parent has this to day about this little houndie:

Bessie is a sweet , mild tempered hound. She gets along fine with my other two bassets , one of whom is a GGBR rescue as well . She really enjoys her toys ,sometimes she tries to fit multiple in her mouth, and laying out in the sun. She's a bit of a pickey eater but is getting over that. She walks well on a leash and really enjoys car rides. She most enjoys her spot on the couch and belly rubs though, and her coat is velvety soft.
