Silly Billy loves to Play! Billy earned his nickname, Silly Billy, because he acts like a playful pup, keeping those around him entertained with his cute antics. Don't let the nickname fool you, he is a very smart fellow who will keep his forever family on their toes. Although Billy is around 8 years old, he seems younger, not only because of his happy, spunky personality, but also because he is sturdy and healthy. Billy is friendly with all adults and children and has lived in the home with an elderly cat, not giving the cat much thought. He is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on all his vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to go to his forever family.
