What can I say about Frank? Frank was just bailed out of the shelter and already he is sweet as pie! He is quite thin and needs to put on some weight but he's a good boy. He's great with other dogs, great with cats and seems to be great with kids . He also seems to be housebroken! We'll update more as we get to know him better.
