Fred is very athletic and agile.  He loves the chase………… squirrels, cats, rats, anything that moves in the back yard.  His previous owners state that he likes to run and we agree that he is best in an area where he can roam.  He is thin and wiry, built strong and in very good shape.  He would make a great corner back on a football team.  His disposition is mild and he loves to have his belly rubbed.  He has not counter surfed, however, when he gets up on his hind legs, he can reach a lot of areas in a home.  We have had no accidents to date and for the most part, he is well behaved.  He likes to sleep on the couch ( which we do not allow) and likes to be around people.  He was well cared for and very much loved in his previous home.  This is a great hound and he will make some family very happy.  He is very attached to his brother Roscoe so it would be best to adopt them as the pair.
