Bruce: Cream & White Male. One of the mellow puppies of his litter. Very playful & loves to jump into your lap & snuggle. He is the "puppy kiss king"

"Lucy", a Beagle/Basset Mix was found wandering the streets very pregnant. Good samaritans attempted to take her to a local animal shelter but were diverted to Golden Empire Basset Rescue when confronted with the shelter's 7day stay then destroy policy for ALL intakes. On Lucy's 7th day in her foster home she delivered 8 healthy puppies.(3Female/5Male). As a tribute to Lucy's Mickey Mouse shaped spot,  her Litter's theme name is " Finding Nemo".
