The shelter is listing Fred as a 'special needs' dog, because he has issues with his front legs that make it a little harder for him to get around. Fred needs a special family to take him in and let him live out the rest of his life in luxury. You could not ask for a more loving dog!! Fred was picked up as a stray with his friend, Gus, and never claimed.
