Isabelle is a sweet and timid little hound...38lbs now and probably as big as she will get.  She has been a mom to lots of puppies but those days are now over.  She is up to date on vaccinations, has a current rabies certificate and is free of heartworms.  She is housetrained and is learning to walk on a leash and how to spend time with her human family.  She is good with cats (see the photo here, with her foster sister Peanut (now Sophee Maree).  Here is what her foster home says:

"Isabelle (Dumplin) is still really timid though she is starting to accept being loved on and even asking for pets at times.  I think she is just going to take time to learn trust.  I do make her stay out in the main house with us now.  She really wants to isolate in the bedroom if I let her.  If I close the bedroom off she is great about staying in the living room.  She is getting better on the leash as long as she is hooked up with my other hound and at the park or in the backyard.  When she is leashed on her own she is still really slow and  doesn't like any traffic so I have been doing more in the backyard when it is not raining or in the house.  She is up to 38 lbs and is starting to look good.  She is really accepting of ear cleaning and having her nails done.  Oh and she is definitely basset and has a taste for remote controls. LOL"
