Winston is a 7 year old neutered basset who was surrendered by his owners because they could not afford his veterinary care and they were overwhelmed by his needs. They had an appointment to euthanize him but cancelled that appointment following GGBR's agreement to take Winston into GGBR. His health issues, arthritis in his back legs and dental issues are now under control and he is basically a healthy dog. 
Winston has a very loving personality and gets along well with all people and other dogs.
