When Owen 'grows up' he will be a very small basset. At this point in time, he is short enough that he can walk under the adult basset hounds. In addition to being small, he is adorable and loveable. He loves to snuggle with his people, gets along well with other dogs, doesn't pose any threats to cats, is good with kids...and the list of his winning ways  goes on. He was surrendered to GGBR because he was difficult to train. His foster parents have been working with him on housetraining and he has made some progress. 

Whoever adopts this little fellow will have a bundle of love, laughs and snuggles.
