Fred is a handsome 7 year old male who is cute as a button and just waiting to take a place on your couch! He is up to date on his shots and is a sweetie with everyone he has met so far - dogs, cats, people... Randy at his shelter says he would only get upset if he missed out on a picnic! What more can we say?
