Buckley has just completed his heartworm treatment, so is now available for adoption.  So far he is a wonderful boy!  He is GREAT with the other dogs in his foster home and fit right in with the pack. They showed him around the yard and house. He didn't try to test the fence. Has not had ANY accidents in the house. He was also great with the resident cat and wouldn't even make eye contact with him. He seems to have a submissive personality, but would benefit a lot from some structured training and firm boundaries. Doesn't bark much but tends to whine for attention.  He came into rescue at only 46.9lbs but his foster mom has been working on fattening him up a bit. He prefers to be an inside dog. As soon as he goes potty he is back at the door waiting to come in. He does kick the door to get your attention.  He was good for his bath and his nail trim. His nails were VERY long and he was soooo good for the trimming and his ear cleaning. He is crate trained and will voluntarily go in to take a snooze.
